I've been watching things deteriorate for a while now and it's very clear it's getting messier and more chaotic by the day. And I don't see it getting better any time soon. I think the best thing anyone can do is walk away. There's no future here.

If you have a new job in this economy, good for you. Hate to break it to you, but it isn’t that way for the majority. Here’s an idea: do your job and be proud of your work. I know that idea might be unheard of for some, but it’s called a work ethic. But many of those 35 and under have no idea what that is.
Agree 100%. Just gave my notice. So glad to be getting out of this place. The incredibly toxic culture and hypocrisy of our new Wells leadership is staggering. They are destroying technology. It’s so bad.
Absolutely correct. The bank has lost its way. Client service has taken a back seat, your information is not safeguarded, the goal is to sell you stuff you don’t want or need. They don’t care about you unless you have large money and their rates are horrible for deposits. Not with my money. Good luck, you’ve cheated me for the last time.
