Can someone please share the terms of the latest LR packages? Looking to understand how many months pay / year of service, how long health care runs for, what happens to RSU's etc.

@sa you effing id--t. That warn notice was for for the MAY lr. 7/13 is their exit date, not a new lr. Good god you are stupid. The next lr wont be until aug (following earnings). Stop spreading bullsh-t.
I can only give data from past layoffs,
severence is 4 months plus
1 week per year for years 10-19 of service
2 weeks per year for years 20+
RSUs vest one month after layoff date
healtcare ends month of layoff
3 month cash equivalent for cobra
There is a new accelerated RSU vesting based on age and years of service. This is a huge improvement. In the past, a senior employee could get laid off with a negative total package, accounting for loss of unvested RSUs.
WARN notice is out -
A number of job cuts in the Bay Area were made public on Thursday in new WARN filings with the state. Among them were layoffs for Cisco Systems Inc. The San Jose-based tech giant plans to cut 236 workers at 170 West Tasman Dr. in San Jose, 154 at 560 McCarthy Blvd. in Milpitas and another 81 at 500 Terry A. Francois Blvd. in San Francisco. The 471 layoffs are effective July 13.
