- Do not trust anyone at Boeing you work with; co-workers, college friends or managers. Any of these people will not hesitate to stab you in the back if they believe they will get ahead doing so.
- Do no more than the absolute bare minimum in preforming your job. Never take on any additional work because there is nothing to gain for doing so.
- Don't give your manager, lead or coworkers your cell number. Once you are off the clock for the day you have no obligation taking any work-related calls.
- Never delay taking any PTO due to work obligations.
- Do not consider becoming a Whistleblower. If you do decide to, you better first contact the FBI and ask them to put you in the Federal Witness Protect Program.

How about you tell passengers how to survive your mu---rous negligence?
All true Boeing is an arm pit .Back again the wall at all times
Leads at Boeing are terrible. I worked under some Lead clown who could not teach a damn thing about the work or program I had just started working in. This lead then decided to throw me under the bus with the manager, hoping he could improve his relationship with our bully manager. Others in the group did not like working for this Lead either. When anyone from Boeing comes off bragging about being a Lead at Boeing, take it at face value because the Lead most likely su-ked at their job.
Boeing New CEO said in to the future they want culture change they sure are getting culture change for the worse, don’t waste your future on a company like this. Just get your work experience and then get out move on in life at some other company, this company has not changed for the better it’s gotten much worse, they treat good workers like sh-t. One Manager told me you have two kinds of workers you got the thoroughbreds and you got the mules. What the difference is you keep whipping the thoroughbreds treat them like sh-t they produce more, if you whip the mule, you get the same results not much or nothing.
Don’t waste your time on a company that don’t care about their employees it’s all about money and profit and crack in the whip
With the risk of layoffs starting at Boeing.
Your focus should be 100% in survival mode to protect your job. Lay low and do your job to avoid getting on some Boeing mo--n managers layoff list or to suddenly be issued a performance improvement plan by a Boeing HR hack. Don't become a target from fellow coworkers, by responding to any of their emails. As you probably have learned, 99.9% of your coworker's emails including your mangers emails are a waste of time reading. Remember your so-called coworkers will not hesitate to throw you under the bus making you out to be the bad guy for some bogus reason because they are not your friends.
