Tampa layoffs mid July

MD let’s slip on a call Friday that there are layoffs coming mid July. What are you guys hearing?

Tampa may be heavily impacted and replaced by contractors. So sad! Find a same caste manager to secure your job.

@b6 I hope so. Haven’t seen too many laughs in St. Louis but I hope they get me soon. With 19 years in, been begging for a layoff for three years. Maybe I should’ve kept it quiet? I figured letting these id--ts know I would like to be laid off would get me laid off. Apparently not.

extremely anxious can find NY regulation to see that companies don't need to file with the state if layoffs at a single location don't exceed 250 people over rolling 90-day period.
based on my observation, after mass-layoffs in Jan-March , current layoffs in NY388 are more surgical and targeted, thus they might continue over a very long period without obligation to file with the state (if they don't exceed 250 cuts per quarter)
