@e8 I blame him. If he wasn’t a deaf, arrogant a--hole I might think twice, but ‘I prefer to live in reality’. I hope it pays off for him though - sooner this sc-mbag is gone the better.

I don't blame him when people enabling and rewarding his actions/decisions are fools or unless they derive benefits that people in lower rung cannot figure it out.

Well, now we all have new generic job titles and our work has all miraculously taken over by A.I. maybe we should all follow his lead and do some more interesting wirk on the side ?

For someone that only partially met expectations, this doesn’t seem appropriate, does it?

Why isn’t his focus fully on fixing the mess he’s made?

He deserves a PIP not a board seat.
