How could you trust anything that this board is doing to the firm !! Never mind a trust officer. Let’s line somebody else’s pocket with options and bonuses

FIS has already lost all credibility with me.
FiS is contunally laying off engineers, freezing hiring and slashing benefits to "optimize margins." Yet, they somehow always find the budget to install a brand new executive with a vague mandate and an army of direct reports.
Instead of investing those millions into improving product uptime, updating legacy code, or rewarding the underpaid teams doing the actual heavy lifting, the money gets burned on corporate theater at the top.
@a9 a new position is needed because stephanie has no credibility left
@a9 the employees need a chief trust officer because this leadership team cant be trusted
@ap agree completely!
What about it creates liability for FIS?
Um, everything?
He doesn't want his name on it or have to defend it.

@ag Chip Keller is the new chief legal officer
@a9 It's the old boy/girl network at play. This is the same reason you don't see board accountability. If you are in the Masters of Universe Club, how could it be possible that you or your ilk were incompetent. Cognitive dissonance.
The timing of the resignation of our Legal head before next week's potential bloodbath is definitely a curious development.
@a9 well we don’t have a legal head anymore !
Can someone help me to understand why we need a chief trust officer and that too reporting to Naseer not to the legal head..it's not making sense...is there any hidden message which we are not understanding..
This leadership is a joke.
More execs, less people.
Remember that money they just saved?
@a2 lol. Better luck plying the lottery than that happening
I RAN to this site to see who posted about this. I prayed she’d say she was leaving. No such luck.
