Belk is the only department store to still be operating like it’s Covid 2020. Stores have not improved since the pandemic in terms of staffing levels and services for customers. We are stuck in Covid business model.

It is so much worse. Not only do they have only two people opening the store but what's worse is more duties being assigned each day. I don't think they realize that we are human. And they don't care if the customers can't get service or if some of the staff are sketchy about how they are getting the credit cards. Or that they are doing illegal and immoral things. I have been looking for another job but I don't think I'm going to wait to quit. Belk is a hellhole.
We literally have just two people working in the store this morning. So, yeah it’s way worse.
Not the same. It has gotten so much worse than Covid era.
