I’ve heard comments from individuals within the organization that travel is viewed as a perk, with frequent dining and entertainment expenses. While I cannot validate those claims, it raises questions about how these expenditures are justified, particularly when other teams are expected to closely manage and account for every dollar of spend. Consistent accountability and transparency across all teams would help ensure expenses are aligned with business value and organizational priorities.
