I attempted to access the link from my personal phone (not on wifi) while in the office. It was blocked by network security. Yikes!

Absolutely nothing about her surprises me anymore. The performative piety, superimposed against a fairly overt gospel of wealth backdrop. The regular Instagram scripture quotes, playing to a sanitized audience that never calls out her hypocrisy. Bringing in Diddy's former CFO to a position of power in this organization, because of course he couldn't possibly have suspected anything nefarious during his multiyear tenure there. Viewing Epstein compromised Jamie Dimon as a mentor and role model. Parading racist Mark Wahlberg out for company promotions. Absolute power corrupts, and cowardice is contagious. Her own bumbling incompetence aside, this woman simply doesn't have the character to lead an organization of this stature.

@gs I can’t even remember when the last q&a was. The last town hall was 5 minutes of T saying absolutely nothing, 10 minutes of glossing over the financials and 45 minutes of an interview with a board member who didn’t even talk about TIAA.

Too bad the Q&A at town halls are scripted and sanitized. It would be awesome for a person to ask her about Dialog and Peter. Mike drop!

That's why she took the job at TIAA. To get her CEO card punch and gain access to money, power and celebrity. Not because she had some desire to turn the company around, "Retire Inequality" or any other slick slogan. She took the job because it was a unique opportunity to parlay TIAA's tough situation into a VIP booth in the halls of real power. I would have done the exact same thing. The duty of competence goes both ways. If the board that hired her were too incompetent to know she wasn't near ready for the job, then they have no business questioning her competency. The TIAA board got their social justice, identity politics played like a hayseed preacher in the big city....and Temu CEO was in the right place at the right time to hit the jackpot. A corporate giant with a board full of academics that put politics over performance and results......again.
