Pretty bad company and their hiring process. Guess if you show any success they do not want to hire you. They want mindless drones.

Well, I worked there for 4 years. Was told in the interview process they never layoff. I experienced 2 in that time frame, and was welcomed with a termination after working a shift saying I was apart of a reduction of staff. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless youre just desperate lol.

Most intelligent, confident, and competent people are very hard to bully so modern managers don't want them.
