@a5 because you got a several month notice to get a job offer lined up. Not everyone needs unemployment surprisingly.
Why would anyone voluntarily leave? That means no unemployment right?
Same, I'm wondering what this means down the road for us. Members of my team with more years all for vsp offers
They would benefit if we jumped ship early and if we don’t then you just take the risk of being involuntarily laid off.
