Anyone worried about payday this week. Got a bad feeling about it.

Got paid today (unchanged for the last 12years).
Got paid, and the correct amount. It's not that hard it's not changed in years. Which is DXC's whole problem.
I know they think because we don't resign and leave that they don't need to pay a bit more. I worked a bit harder it made no difference. I watched colleagues give up and noticed it made no difference to them either. I see the execs get paid huge amounts, and I see new people start on a lot more money for technically the same role as me. It just makes me feel that I'm not valued.
So I started cutting back myself and it made no difference. I now do so little that my salary is huge for the contribution I'm giving. But also see those new hires doing the same. When will this farce end?
Here's a plan. Cut the salary of anyone hired in the last 5 years back to lowest paid on the team. They quit or accept. Everyone else happy to be paid the same now. It's not one team when your new colleague who knows nothing earns 25% more than you do.
They will likely end up at the low end of guidance, with EBIT margins close to Q4 maybe a tad lower. The next few months will be crunch time as they deal with debt and buybacks. You should still get paid for a while but if things keep going this way it will get very tough.
