35-40%. You’re full of it. The structure they’ve released thus far clearly show it won’t be that deep. If you think it is your job should contribute to that total.

Our manager mentioned the staff reductions are the combined work force after the those that are aged out or eligible to volunteer.
Keep seeing these threads but not hearing anything is actually happening yet. Is your department done?
