It is very depressing as there are some very good people going because they asked to. Why can’t the organization organize themselves to get rid of dead wood instaesd of not creating an environment where talent and good people feel comfortable.

This company is corrupt and doing whatever it needs to, so the top brass get out with their golden parachutes and they could not care less about the employees and the investors. What a sham.
In the UK all the deadwood is at the top starting with DC, RW and all the cling ons
Prioritize attention to the middle-level employees who carry out major initiatives—like back-end system integrations—when they depart for other organizations because of internal politics, stress, and broader company setbacks. These departures aren’t planned or expected and end up setting projects back by months if not years. VRIFs can create problems for the company but they are planned.
