I'm still working with in DXC Australia, really upset my leader has just been made redundant and not sure what is next? I was in a practice then not a practice, so whats next? Thought my cyber team was the best performing in the business? The new leader starts on Monday from Verizon! Do I have a future here?
People just need to leave to better companies that treat employees properly. This company doesn’t care about its employees. It is a low cost provider with the emphasis on low cost. They will only pay peanuts. Skilled workers need to wake up and leave for their financial and mental wellbeing.
I've been thinking about unionising as well. European country, strong laws protecting unions - they don't hear us, I'm about to leave soon, so in my last months here I may do this just for the love of the game.
