Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Untouchable manager

We have a manager that gets away with everything. Brings her kid to work, has dated associates, openly retaliates, etc. And nothing happens to her. You cant go to store manager cause he will just tell her and it gets worse for you. Cant go to market manager cause he ignores all the complaints and open doors on her. But we just had another manager fired for dating an associate. We also had a manager fired for bringing her grandson to work. How can they let her do things they fire other managers for?

Got to work today and one of the leads is transferring because of the way she treats them. Store manager would do nothing and said there is no use in going to the market manager cause he doesnt believe any of the reports against her. I dont get how corporate can allow Darrell to do nothing about it.

Ethics has done nothing. This has been going on for years. So many people have reported and nothing happens. This is all openly talked about amongst the associates. People will have open cases then you get an email saying it is closed. Always the same thing for everyone. We have had people quit their first day cause they hear how she talks to associates. That has happened about 5 times. They said that is why they are quitting.

Multiple people and at least one manager have reported. When the manger reported they told her that everything would have gone to the market manager and he doesnt do anything about it. The only reason hers went to that department was because she put in that he wasnt doing anything about all the open doors on that manager. The manager that reported got transferred out of the store the next week. It's been about 2-3 months since and nothing has changed.

This mgr probably checks all the boxes for employment. Have at least a certain percentage per woke company policy

have you reported to corporate ethics and made a case with a case #? its all just a fa-t in the wind. until you put something in black and white for corporate to do something. i may or may not have been thru at least 10 store managers and 100's or lower tier managers. opening an ethics investigation is usually the only way they'll do something.
