lol I mean, I'm already severely underpaid for my position it really can't get much worse. The struggle now is finding a job that is legit and not just a fake posting to boost the company's metrics

Another issue is that legacy Xerox and Lexmark established position titles inconsistent with employees’ actual work tasks. I hope these individuals succeed in persuading a new employer that a job title mismatched with skills and experience reflects what they can bring to the table.
