On its way Monday 15th June. Let’s all tell Jenny & Rahuuul what a brilliant job they’re doing with their world-class company. Nah, just mention ‘any chance of a pay rise’ in very comment box and advise any potential new joiners to run a mile!!

Even if folks put pay is the biggest problem, the company will do nothing like in previous years. Just ignore and move on. Still put it there but don’t expect anything.
Just put NFI into every box.
For the people saying don’t fill it out
They really are clueless
ChatGPT and other AI tools are free, look it up. If you don’t fill it out, the marking scheme might infer you have NO issues!
@ch The link is unique to prevent one person submitting multiple times. It also allows the results to be rolled up into business units and regions correctly. The survey is run independently but someone knows who you are and exactly what you said. If the result of submitting a negative review is that you get put on a list to be let go then that's what I and many want anyway. If it gets you blocked from a pay rise, then it seems any excuse going is used on that front.
So it's either really anonymous, or no one cares anyway
It's stated that the link is now personalised. How this aids anything is beyond me. People lie on surveys all the time.
If you fill it in you're showing you're still engaged with the company.
If you don't fill it in they can assume you are busy making the execs a profit.
So which do you do?
They haven't listened to employee feedback for years. They only want to be told what they want to hear and will have hired a survey company at great expense who will do just that. Everyone happy - carry on as you were!
FILL IT IN
THE DEFAULT POSITION IS PEOPLE WHO ARE GENERALLY HAPPY DONT RESPOND!!!!
They maintain an impeccable record with survey responses:
zero readers, zero interest, zero action.
Almost certainly the only metric they will get from this is the percentage of replies they get.
Probably not even sending it to everyone.
If you do get it, don't fill it in.
That will send a message they can't avoid.
Every year I write exactly what I think about them, but not even once anyone approached me about that nor even suggested they knew. So it's either really anonymous, or no one cares anyway - but I think it might as well be both.
