Left two years ago, just came back on this board to see if things have improved, and it's clear it's all exactly the same. They're still offshoring everything, thinning out US teams, and piling more jobs onto fewer people. My advice is to leave if you can. The grass truly is greener.

Honestly, getting laid off has lit a fire under me and I’m channeling all that anger and frustration into the job search. The hard part? This market is brutal right now.

Pretty much consistent the whole time. A little spike in hope when he left, but the hope has disappeared.
I’m curious though the FB years on this site must have been awful. I never visited this site when he was still CEO but I can imagine it looked 100x more horrific than it does now.
Correct. Mike is doing the same thing as FB (cutting jobs). He may have a different methodology, but the end result is the same. Nothing will ever change at this company until the C-suite is comprised of true tech leaders. We operate as a bank, not a tech firm.
