“I extended by saying I would move and then not doing it. Still here too.”

Completing a working severance is appreciated. Please create really good documentation.

I extended but left a little over a year ago, I was offered a second extension till the end of 2025 but chose not to accept. It was not due to my direct leadership, they were great, but staying was depressing. I am much happier now that I have moved on...

I heard of this happening a couple years ago but not recently. Both you and especially your direct leadership should have been ensuring proper cross training if you truly have unique of a T system or application.

"It’s now been over 4 years since RTO was announced as a corporate initiative."

Yeah, because nothing changes for families over those four years. Everything is stagnant' like your bootlicking, "psychophant" love of the Big Stank.

Not anymore. It’s now been over 4 years since RTO was announced as a corporate initiative. You’ve had more than enough time.

It's happened some I've heard a year or two it really depends on your leadership. If it's an effort to reduce headcount they won't be flexible at all.
