It stupid to have security under FTS/FAST to begin with. I don’t get it!…MD and that CIO guy were two of the worst hires in the history of the company. Idk think they know what they were doing.
He only did a year then left!…he wanted everything to be engineers. Nonsense

GT has a lot of technical folks claiming to be engineering but wouldn’t survive in an engineering job in another company. It would be good to replace them with new engineers who actually can develop and write code.
IAM has been awful since the reorg, at least in my experience. Getting stuck in access request he-l with no way out. Raising service now tickets doesn't do anything; agents requesting "screenshot of the same". Was over a week before I could actually do any work on my new team.

CJ was great. He didn’t leave from what I heard. MD tried to blame him to save herself. I believe it given it happened right before a BOD meeting where she apparently went in claiming that she made the change to accelerate AI. Heard it directly from one of the VP’s so I believe it.
Also, as someone on the engineering side he did not want everything to be engineers. That would be nice. He was pushing engineering roles to be engineers. Same as most companies. A lot of non-technical people in technical roles and made it hard for us to get things done. It was like trying to solve do your financial books with an artist vs a corporate accountant.
