90% of us will be replaced by AI by 2031. I'm retiring in 2030, but what about everyone else who is under 50? What's your plan??

Won’t happen. We’ll find a way to f@@k it up like every other latest hype. Costs to run these things will eat up any imagined benefits. Look at uber burning thru 2026 token budget in four months.
Maybe in the economy generally, but no one is staying at WF. It's not a question of whether your role will be outsourced, contracted or automated, it's a question of when. The bank of the future will have some sales bots and some executives, and that's about it within the US. We'll all be gone.
@OP is one of the ones who will absolutely be replaced by AI. The competent rest of us will simply transition into new roles or stay right where we are should we choose so.
Most people making these absurd predictions don’t know the difference between determinism and non-determinism and how an LLM works at even the most basic level.

If it happens, it happens, OP. I'll take my years worth of severance and retire. I have a sneaking suspicion that WF will be the last company to leverage AI very well, so it'll probably be more than 5 years though.

Who is “us” and where did you get the 90% from? You do know how absurdly expensive AI will be to companies in the near future, right? Look up Microsoft and Uber, those are perfect AI case studies.
