Sounds like XDS in Saint John. Managers micromanaging because they are afraid and I mean afraid of the “VP’s” there. It’s crazy.

Nope doesn't sound familiary as of currently. I mean all of those problems went away at Lexmark years ago when we cut all the dead weight lazy managers and employees who just sat around running their mouths and taking credit for others work.
Sounds like the dead wieght at Xerox is starting to worry.
