This week started my teams AI usage. It only does one part of our work so far and it needs some fixes. But I think this is the end lol. CRIU- when will we be let go? Any guesses?

Probably this year.
I was just laid off due to AI taking over my former role. What really irked me was how I was contacted while I was out of country while on holiday and informed how I identified as being made redundant.
The writing is on the wall. Commit to AI or you are toast. There will have to be people left to write the prompts. Become one of those and you will be retained. Fright the adoption and you are gone.
Same here - it will be soon, AI, combined with the deregulation Trump is pushing for will result in many job losses unfortunately. I already started courses to re-qualify for a different profession.
