anyone heard this? there is a news going around that UHG offloaded Divvy.

I worked at divvyDOSE in Moline and it was such a dumpster fire even before it was purchased by UHG. Yes we packaged medications, but it was really just set up as a business to be sold and owners made out big time with the aquistion. I think Optum found out the business is not what they thought it was. I would not be surprised if the orignial owners cooked the books. Something was always off about this company.
Yes it was purchased as they said. I am someone who works there and I was able to keep my job. We are just transferring and becoming exact care employee
Yep, it was official 6/2/26. It was acquired by Anew Health mainly for customer base. Most of the staff was laid off effective 9/3.
Yes. Been in the works for awhile. Another botched executive decision to buy it in first place. Mess home delivery was supposed to follow that model. Instead an entire portion of building has unused equipment 🙄
