New CEO’s Stance on Remote?

Anyone have any insight on the new CEO’s feelings about remote and/or hybrid work?

Then these geniuses should have kept OM. If you want people to go back to the office then you need to re-establish offices. Execs, VPs, Directors, probably Managers need actual offices. Teams need predictable areas to colocate work spaces and stations. This daily sherpa nonsense doesn't work when everyone has 4-6 hours of disjointed meetings every day. Met Square and Merriweather are empty wasteful corporate executive flexes. Canton can barely handle one project kick off much less operations and the rest.

@bj what they may do at minimum is request some associates split time in and out of the office, and have people leaders
Juggle the in-house manpower. At some point they will need to address the empty floors they are paying for. AC is running on floors with only dust bunnies.

I don't know about that. Most of the space is being grossly underutilized. He's probably going to get bodies in the office sooner rather than later.

What difference would it make? The current real estate footprint cannot support bringing all associates back in. It would require significant investment to build out cubicals, offices, etc to be able to support. Given the current financial pressures, don’t see that occurring anytime soon
