I finally decided it was time to give up on FIS and started applying. Honestly, this company makes you feel so sh---y about yourself that I went in thinking I wouldn’t be able to land anything.To my surprise, a couple weeks in, I have two offers, both paying significantly more.
Put yourself out there. Believe in yourself. Don’t let this record breakingly bad executive team and their leadership make you lose confidence in your future.

I was part of a January RIF and had the same feeling. FIS makes you feel completely worthless, especially given the 20+ years I was there. Trust yourself and your network. The grass is greener. I was able to find a new role within 5 weeks. Within the first 5 days, I realized how abused I was with FIS in the final years and how well a company could be run.
@fk this site has had some of the most consistently true information available. More so that what is being shared at work. Lots of different people post here with lots of different perspectives. That is the value of sharing information here. This is not a hostage situation. Don't read the posts of those trying to navigate a treacherous situation if you are too delicate for it, Stephanie.
@fk because I’m still an employee? Because first amendment? Because I feel like it? Do you own this website or something?
Why are you still posting on an FIS Rumor Site then?
@a8 cognizant, Zensar, Pwc?
Good for you! Keep us posted on what companies you’ve had the best luck!
