I am just going to do the surveys and give the lowest possible score on every single question as a protest.

Although I fear that they will try to implement some annoying initiatives to pretend they care about making the scores go up. Whatever happens, annoying meetings are in our future.

@ab Don't even bother with the surveys. that's the only message we can give. they ignore the results. why bother playing that stupid azz game anymore?

Just embrace apathy. There is no point to all of this. Collect the paycheck and do a mediocre job because no one except the a55 k1ssers are getting the EPs, and if you do get an EP it doesn’t guarantee that you will be here in 6 months.

@OP you could quit or force your way out like many athletes and people do here and at other companies. Then you wouldn't have to deal with all of the uncertainty. Do what some people do here and at other companies. Force your way out by having them fire you without cause and collect unemployment. That'll give you a little breathing room while you look for your next career move. That is, if you're truly unhappy with all of the uncertainty. I mean, on one hand you're being paid and have full benefits even though it is horrible mentally. The alternative is to be unemployed while looking for a new job with low unemployment income and government benefits. It's a cold world in which no one truly cares but they pretend to. Would you rather be employed with pretty good income and benefits or unemployed with low income and government benefits? You can have it either way. You choose.

Managers in this firm will ONLY do what they're told, with no innovation.

Will only say what they're asked in HR meetings.

They have zero empathy towards associates

Talking point given to managers with an expectation that they will echo whatever they are told to say.

It's a never ending nightmare inside a nightmare going on for months now with no end on sight.

This is just a brutal trolling from leadership at this point.
