@ba they really should take volunteers/offer buy-outs. I’m going to leave eventually but I continue to hold onto hope I can at least get paid for my suffering. Let me go and let some poor soul who wants to work for this awful company stay.

@at because if they use mid year reviews to lay off people for poor performance they aren’t required to file WARN notices?

Who knows. What I do know is the mood in our DFS office is just misery. No one knows who will be the next victim. A real morale booster.

Might be good for a couple months bc J Mo sent an email about staff being let go. If he has to send another one next week it’ll look weird. And why would they have us sit through stack ranking
