HCL - painful to work with, inflexible, sometimes incoherent and unintelligible. Infosys just as bad. Both those strategic decisions have been a disaster for employees and customers. Nobody has the guts to admit it though.
I watched our in-house splicing crew of 8 guys charging double time over night bill 6k a night to the company. Turned over to vendors billing 80k+. And I would still have to go behind them and fix outages. So expenses went way up, restoral time went way up, quality of work went down. We stayed until it was cleared, vendors decide when they're done. Sure the company doesn't have salaried employees now but now way does this scheme save any money, I never understood.
@a6 Can you lift mine up ... ?
@a6 we didn't get stock together yet, fool
Pros : ppint fingers for anything
Cons: your positions will be outsourced
I am personally delighted by my increased stock together payout made possible by outsourcing and offshoring. As leadership says, let’s keep lifting each other up and building the future together! 🙌 The actions and words aren’t in direct conflict at all which makes me highly respect and appreciate our best in class leaders. Proud to be vz!
