The cuts were wide and covering multiple departments. Sales, Marketing, Support were all affected.
NYC employee here. I’m not familiar with any cuts in Finance, at least cuts affecting in-office workers.
@ds was anyone else from that team laid off? I think that lady was a senior manager.
The woman responsible for organizing our Clinical Trials Day the other week and promoted the event heavily on social media and internal Slack was also suddenly cut yesterday. Things are getting ugly.
@cx can't speak to finance, but I know for a fact that a person I know who was just hired from my department to another position in the company a few months ago was laid off.

@aw Yes, autocorrect must have caught me. The ones I know about were ICs in New York.
Did you mean to say ‘another round’? Does anyone know if it was a layoff of ICs or senior managers? I heard there’s a lot of finance folks who work in the NYC office. Anyone affected there?
