LC is speaking at the conference this week. Will he be man enough to address the extreme dysfunction and unhappiness in the IT function? Its absolutely miserable and most people are burned out.

AK is up tomorrow. How she is getting away with being constantly on the conference circuit, not leading/knowing whats going on/and increasingly being an HR nightmare is absolutely astounding.

LC (2 years with chevron) should spend more time fixing the EPMO along with unnecessary demands and HR infractions by his manager AK (months with chevron) and less time reading a meaningless script written by AI and proofed by no one. Is anyone listening?

He will not mention anything about Chevron IT only that AI is the future. Then we should all understand we should learn what we can a get a job at another company
