Almost the end of the quarter. People in Micro, do we see this lasting or will they start laying off all of us?

The way they are treating people? Trying to put good people who were performing before this all happened on PIPs and trying to block them from moving departments. Having people go against ROE and committing COBC violations. Alex Sardo should be ashamed of himself for putting people below him at risk for his own personal gain.
@100 It’s a joke out in the West Region when you are trying to get promoted and Alex Sardo blocking people by trying to put everyone on PIPs for performance and he is telling everyone to go against ROE and commit COBC violations to make his numbers look good. Not a good look and don’t know how many people have called the hotline but I sure have!!! Hope he gets put on a PIP for his shadiness!!!
T-Mobile under George Fisher and Michelle Wolloff will continue to be trash. 🗑️ I could find better leaders asking me if I wanted a perfect margarita At Applebees. Fisher su-ked at competitor and continues to su-k. Wolloff doubles down on bad decisions.
This doesn’t even factor executive leadership at the top and their “bold” moves at the top.
