It's normal to be a bit slow in late Summer but it never really got busy. Just one program everybody's hanging their hats (and hours) on. Can't last like this. The prospect of staff reductions hangs in the air like a dark, brooding cloud... waiting to storm.

One solid reason is because they are pricing themselves so high, they can’t be competitive. Their performance on the programs they do have is so poor, they won’t get awarded new work. Almost all, if not all, their current programs are over budget and way behind. Seriously red. No one wants to give them work even if they werent high due to their bad reputation on performance and how they (mis) treat their employees. Jump while you can-that ship is going down.
Almost all of the programs at Northampton are red- either over budget or late delivery.
CSD not living up to expectations? EW seems to be a misfit. Operations can't seem to find decent leadership. Nobody worthwhile wants the job. Changing supervisors like dirty socks.
