I thought it was interesting that the latest survey I received did not ask whether I would recommend BNY as a place to work or whether I would consider leaving BNY for another job. I guess management is worried about the answers that would be given to those questions.

I was asked if I'd recommend it as a place to work. Gave a zero.
6 years answering same questions. Dont see any change out of it.
You can unsubscribe from it. I did that last year. Manager never brought it up.
I am in Boston and my manager scolded us for not answering more positively and said our compensation would be impacted if we were not more positive. He also alluded to the fact that he could see responses at an individual level. From that point on everyone on my team says it’s the best company on the planet.
The survey is a total joke. It punishes mid-level manages, is not confidential, the feedback is not actionable or shared and there is no accountability by senior leadership for ensuring the results are consistently communicated across all levels of the company. This is a ‘make work’ survey that on the surface makes it appear as if the organization cares, is quality-minded and transparent. The reality is none of the results are reported or actioned in a way that benefits associates. Sadly, the survey represents more charades and window dressing.
They already know the answers and will continue to use responses against us.
Just keep rating it low across the board. The mo--ns overseeing ops absolutely are questioning the ratings and want to know “ what can we do to make things better”. F off is what you can all do cause you ran this place into the ground , destroyed careers and theres no chance of saving it while they are all in the positions to do so
I didn't get the question about recommending BNY as a place to work, but I did get the one asking if I'd stay at BNY if offered the same position elsewhere.
Both of those are always a 1 for me.
I don't make any comments since they stopped pretending it's confidential.
Thats odd, I was asked those questions.
You know how this Peakon is just a shameless scam? We are now 6 years into doing these surveys to the point of fatal nausea. And its the same questions over and over.
What is insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and hoping for a different result.
What a sad and sick place.
@OP They already know the answers so why ask the questions? It’s always interesting that the complete survey results are never shared broadly within the organization. Leadership asks for transparency but never reciprocates.
