It's officialy been presented to the Oracle EU labor unions a 20% workforce reduction uniformly across all teams, countries not a factor... plus some teams get cancelled altogether, decision made on strategic level.
When and how it was/will be carried out varies by country depending on its union if any.
This overall 20% reduction will be carried out by the end of September across all LOBs, cancelled teams are mostly already known.
If there was no RIF in your country yet, it will come in September at latest
Far too many self-entitled Euro-types assume that they don't deserve to be RIF'd. Well well well, 'bout time that Americans did not have to take on the full brunt of RIFs.
@af likely before. It is also a possibility that some people are fired now in June, then the big part september/october. I stronly suggest to the ones to be fired in June to sue the company.
