is it a good move to apply to other positions within fiserv and move , my current work is a he-l in BH

You have to set limits or they will run you into the ground. This seems to be a forien concept to a lot of people.
Only if it’s a better title in the general market. I’d do it for a few years just to have a more marketable title. But they won’t let me bc it’s such a skeleton crew and half my team is nearing retirement age.
