Something isn’t working when CW employees are quitting a few weeks after they start. This is a result of poor planning from strategy team. Executive leadership talking down to CW and the organizations that support them. Now reputation in the markets is almost down to 0. Everyone is underpaid and overworked. Exec leaders have zero care for associate well being. After three rounds of layoffs, multiple projects that were projected to work and be the most “innovative” across the healthcare industry have been jokes.

Ahh I see the Humana leaders are being more genuine about being terrible from the get-go now, rather than putting all kinds of whip cream and cherry on top of the sh-t sundaes they serve. 2 weeks is all employees need to see what's going on here, and they must be super intuitive and too intelligent to continue. Kudos to those who saw and ran. You don't just... stay on the sinking Titanic. Save yourself while you can
Fu-k all of them
@hc agree. leaders laughing after rifs, horrible trainers and 500 page guide book.
leaders truly dont care. incentive payout is purposefully hidden until last minute to manipulate staff and money. the workflow changes daily. no one has the reigns so we peons can take the fall.
@a2 drones making piles of cash while others lose their jobs.
@OP disgusting plus terrifying with no one to hold "strategy" accountable til everyone quits and they go back to what we all recommended before. it used to be a proud thing to work for CW. it is embarrassing now. no one responds to micromanaging scare tactics. you know its bad when someone applies then says forget it. but til they sell off chunks of CW this S team will make it as unbearable as they can. drones getting checks praying for rif.
