I joined four months ago, should I be worried about layoffs?

They laid off senior people last month on the 8th of April and now more at the Biosciences. Mid to seniors.
I am also somewhat new here. I wouldn’t worry, if it happens then it happens. They layoff the newer employees in the first wave.
What segment and function are you? From what I've heard it's mainly ADx, but all functions are impacted. Tenure doesn't seem to matter.
