What program do you use frequently that has a terrible user interface design? Our time writing system is just terrible. So many clicks and pop up windows. Very unintuitive.

The travel booking tool is complete garbage

@cf as a supervisor the career connect update is a total cluster. There is no way to set the supervisor for the previous assessment period so everything has to be manually transferred via email by the current to the former supervisor. Thousands of wasted hours.
Every single new system is absolute garbage; the new and not improved career connect is a piece of junk, strada su-ks and the list goes on and on. If this is Industry standard, then the industry is dead
The intranet and share point sites are a tangled web of broken with no one to contact to fix.
I think 80% of the internal links are broke or point at resources that no longer exist.
The status of every internal system i can think of ranges from confusing to completely broken.
