Be sure to use our CGDO first before using vacation. With the impending RIFs that are coming you want to keep as much of the paid vacation in place to supplement the severance.

Get over yourself. It’s none of your business if they have PTO, a doctor’s appointment, cancer treatment, travel to a customer site, their spouse has a colonoscopy, their kid has cancer, their water heater died, or of they’re just being lazy. You do you.
