Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Depends on the country. I was notified I had been accepted on the 14th. No sign of package yet. Am expecting to get it on my exit date, whenever that is.

@145 yup- there are lots of us around. Louie program managed not with empathy and respect as he said. People just waiting - and differences within counties which is a lack of respect. And no point asking HR as they are like chocolate coffee pots.

US coworker was told his VRIF got approved but he still doesn’t know what date is his last (assumes he’ll find out on an IRIF day).

Because the process is managed by HR and a load of incompetents that is why everything is so slow. SB and now LP bang on about speed and use of technology but HR can not manage anything more than one letter st a time as they don’t believe in progress

Who would accept a VRIF without knowing what the package was?

The people that are in charge of the lay off packages and exit policies have been layed off.

See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.
Ya….you could say that…

Wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t see the package till your last day. Anyone even been informed even on when their last day is?
