Deloitte mostly copies what we do, adds a few minor changes, and then presents the same work across other projects. They’re also very good at replicating our frameworks and showcasing them to other clients. I’m not sure why Yael Cosset and Jim Clendenen keep supporting hires from Deloitte, but it definitely feels like there’s some kind of Deloitte backchannel benefiting them.

I have seen this first hand. We report it, but leadership does nothing. You'd think 7 years of a botched RMS solution with KTD fixing all their mistakes would be obvious, but no one in leadership has a spine. They just let us take the blame while Deloitte and 84.51 gets all the credit for what goes right.
They are so bad. Honestly, sometimes I am surprised how do they manage to exist as a company. We are not great but compared to some fools they send us every person on my team is better.
All the Deloitte sourced “leads” on my team have been worthless. Instead we have been forced to find laid off Kroger people and then contract them through Deloitte. Kroger is paying this company insane amounts of money while we do the job they are being paid for. All they bring to the table is toxic politics and delusional egos.
@bk calm down Jim
If you have actual evidence of this and not just vague anecdotal hearsay. Document the issues. Show your work. Take it to your director and Jim. Show them the money being wasted. Don’t just post here as anon. Be the hero Kroger deserves.
Absolutely fu--ing true,,
there are a bunch of Deloitte resources here in the BTD and BTC behave like they own us, Shitheads!!
They have only 2 thing
1) Copy the stuff we do and present it as their’s
2) Blame on Kroger if they sc--w things up and stating un certain direction from the client
They should atleast re evaluate their Onsite resources, if they even want to bill us
