I am an internal employee currently on job reassignment. I need a new position or the company will sever my employment. I demand to know when they will put back the jobs they removed.

It's like you are a new born baby who knows absolutely nothing about how the world works or how much corp America does not care about you or your demands.
Tbh, you sound like the type of person I’d want to fire if I was a manager.
The idea of coming to a third party message board to anonymously make a demand.
Not only will they not come back, putting it all on hold for a period of time is more evidence to executive leadership that NOT filling those open positions has no impact to our ability to deliver. Budget and headcount bloat.
Ill just sue the company for an interviewer asking me about my disability and belittling me.
@OP lol good grief....DEMAND? They don't give a rat's a-s about any of us, let alone you. The freeze is to remove positions so they can justify laying us all off. Seriously?
