By design. There is 150 billion in reserves. We can lose half our policy holders and replace 90% of the employees with AI and that reserve keeps the execs rich on millions per year for life.

I just wanted to thank our executives, their endless pursuit of trying to be like our competition, as it has a lot to do with this. emulate inferior companies and be inferior. Remember that next time you complain about how things are and your TM tells you "well the competition does it this way so what now??"

Lots and lots of hard work put in since tipsord to make this happen!

Yep! They drove with their head up their azz and their eyes in the rear view mirror too long. The word gets out when you make too many enemies. People don't like to pay for greedy all about me it's a business decision azzholes. SF is already too far down a road they can't turn back. I doubt they will ever get their trust back from both the policyholder and the employees. The days of their lies are over.
