UK payroll messed up. I knew things were bad but not this bad. We might get paid the day after tomorrow or whenever. Will heads roll in HR for such a massive error? In any sane company yes.

@nh Its more hilarious that someone who says they left 10 years ago still can't get DXC out of his head and has to post weekly that everyone else is a looser for staying around. Not sure what the chip on his shoulder is, but it's a big one for sure.
"Its hilarious how you all come here and brag about doing next to nothing and then whinge about not being paid. You're lucky you even have a job."
This comment is an example of "Reactive Abuse" - When a victim of prolonged mistreatment responds by mimicking the abuser's behavior.
there is no hope staying in dxc - sad really
@gj That's irrelevant. This company has not employing ethic.
@ej yes, paid today as the email indicated. Can claim back any bank charges you’ve incurred from the late payment.

@ej I didn't do any work yesterday! Don't give them a second chance. There is no leeway or compassion in the other direction. They will happily use you on zero salary for as long as you are stupid enough to work for nothing. They can't be trusted anymore. There have been too many years of unfulfilled promises.
There are no benefits to working for this company anymore. The things you think you're getting don't exist when you need them. HR are very good at docking salary, messing up payments and benefits. You will never be accidentally overpaid that's for sure.
Has anyone who wasn’t paid been paid yet in the UK? If I haven’t been paid I won’t be doing any work tomorrow.
Maybe they let oasis loose on it.
It's a sinking ship. People leave, it works for a while, then breaks and nobody knows what to do. Your manager can't or won't help. It's on you to save yourself. At some point payroll will stop and we'll never get paid again. Be that VR, CR or the company going bust. Be forewarned and ready for that day. As more get fed up and stop doing this company favours it's only set to get worse.
@be+1ks3nahg4 thata what you get when you recruit pajeets into HR
Yeah my notice is going in fu-k that.
In the space of a month they’ve sc--wed up holidays and pay - utterly incompetent
They are trying to do everything in order to force to leave as many people as possible. Minor inconvience here, slight delay there, not nearly enough for a lawsuit, but more than enough for some people to leave, without them having to pay anything.
Impossible Delivered 🤣
@a1 more like slippery executives
@bm poor planning. Try setting your direct debits up for 2-3 days later in future.
Or get a side hustle like everyone else then you have backup funds available.
People waiting on redundancy money never got it, joke of a company with no communication to those waiting. Not a UK wide processing issue apparently just selected groups not getting paid.
Today is the 21st and I’ve not been paid. Direct debits still going out of my account though.
With a company like DXC you need to assume your salary will be zero this month. Because it easily could be. Have money ready to pay your bills. It's unstable and can't be trusted. You need your own safety net and backup plan.
HR make it up and they go along. They are never wrong. They will probably tell you pay day is end of the month but they sometimes (usually always) pay on the 21st to make sure.
I got paid on time
Not exactly encouraging. Got an email saying I will be paid on the 22nd now due to a processing error. I wonder if everyone in the UK is affected by this or if it’s just a select few?
Pay day is 21
Today isn’t 21
Is this the start of a slippery slope slope. Cash flow problem?
