As of this week I have a new manager. Will they be conducting my mid year review or will it be my old manager?

If you get one your new manager will write your review but will talk to your old manager on their feedback.
There are no mid-year reviews.

Don't worry they'll say Meets, have you continue to work like a dog picking 3X the work and at yr end they'll give you IM, and proceed to steal your bonus for Charlie's bonus. Most unethical company and mgmt I've seen in ages.

Your new manager will do your new voluntary mandatory "check in" (not a mid year any more).
He/she may solicit input from the prior manager. Some do, some dont, some old managers are like f--- they are your problem now
Don't worry, you'll get sc--wed either way. WF will find a way, they always do.
Two ratings scale on every goal assigned to you . On track or off track. Don't stay off track in this site

@a1 that’s no rumor, it’s true. Heard it today. Question is… will there be forces stack ranking or will this be how mid years usually have been
Rumor has it that mid-years will be 'streamlined' so you're either going to be given a "Meets" or "Inconsistently Meets" rating; and we know what the next steps for the IM's is.
