Nothing tomorrow?

The way my m3 spoke today, it sounds like this was a true RIF not based on performance and they’re not done yet with people who are DNME. I suspect they will be let go at FYE.

I actually think there might be a fallout. I was not impacted but every adjacent team I work with is gone and as a result - I can't do my job. They will repurpose me into something - my fear is that it will be a set up for failure and then I will get cut for DNME. I honestly would rather go now.

They only hit the fte's in that, they're still quietly severing select time employees under the guise of performance issues that mostly dont exist and are being fabricated. 1 I know was stack ranked month over month in the top 10% of his team.

I don’t see why there would be more. 17% is a big cut and the email made it sound like a one and done
