I know there are certain pockets out there seeing layoffs but I don’t see anything major coming this year

@OP major layoffs are going monthly around here. They spread them out so it’s not all at one time.
Already missed the VRP which failed because it was supposed to get rid of all the dead weight that tanked PepsiCo in their time at the top but you didn't take it when the iron was hot so.....
Layoffs happening today in Winston Salem.
Looks like the majority of the pricing team is going. Not sure what other teams are being affected this week. May know more soon.
Whatever happens, it’s guaranteed to be half baked and not well thought out. So much chaos happening because of poor planning and making up rules on the fly.
It feels like a bottler spinoff is imminent. If a Voluntary Retirement Package becomes available, I would strongly consider taking it and proactively pursuing a role at a bottler — rather than waiting to be transitioned over as part of an acquisition with no additional compensation.
Sooo, they giving serious consideration to spinning off the bottling operations ?
Sell them to some of the larger general bottlers already in operation ?
@OP uh
Ramondo committed to update on the integrated supply chain trial this year...aka cut 30% of ops cost....or back to beverage bottling refranchize
At this point I would bet on latter paired with more cuts
After this week’s town hall, might be 2027?
Scaling really fast takes time to build the infrastructure?
@OP I'll have some of whatever you're smoking.
😂
