For those who keep asking "are layoffs done," the answer is always going to be no. Maybe there won't be many large rounds anymore, but small cuts are happening all the time. Just ask around. We're in the stage where layoffs are just another fact of life.

Trust me, you will get hit at some point. Rent a room and leave your family until you get a feel for the new place.
Let's vote those executives out the next chance we get.
@dn , adjustments needed at the TOP of this heap…first & foremost!
Too many workers. Too little work. Adjustments needed.
@bd our entire wireless group (about 8 people) just got laid off last week, east region. Not sure if that counts as mobility
Right. The only surprise is your incessant bootlicking. Almost as if it's the only thing you are capable of doing...
@bd not anymore. Shifted towards wireline with AI now
Not worried about layoffs. I'm in mobility. We carry the company.
Walters - Castro org only 10% even though we’re bloated. They keep outsourcing work and keeping us. I’m loving it. Less and less to do and if you can avoid this next 10% cut, you’re golden for a while. At least the L2s in Atlanta. And my buddy is an L1 and gets overtime — ki-ling it.
“ Several in Legg org that were originally designated NVM aka virtual due to position or extenuating circumstances have been notified they must now relocate. Across various sub-orgs under Legg.“

I literally don’t know anyone still here that asks “are layoffs done”.
Speak for yourself. Told we the safe and no rto.
The sky is blue
Adjusting number of workers based on company needs. Running a business. No surprises.
What is comical is that within 12 months before and after, the same groups laying people off will be hiring again. It is just incompetent management. Free cash flow on one side, head-count fiefdoms on the other.
